Obama Ad

The Barack Obama ad is going to be run at 8pm tonight, not 5pm as I previously mentioned. I thought it would be run live at 8pm EST all around the country, instead it the west coast has it delayed till 8pm PST. I'm sorry for the confusion for those that tuned in at 5pm.....Just another good reason to check this blog daily,

Sunday Breakfast

Hello Parents,

I would like to thank all of my 7th grade parents for all of their help and contributions over the weekend. Your hard work and effort allowed us to come out with a $500 profit for our side of the work. I have a couple of possible dates for out next breakfast and I would like to run those by all of you soon. Thank you again.

Weekend Update

Thank you again to Ashley and Alberto for reading at Mass yesterday. Also thank you to those who also participated: Melanie, Bobbie, Karina, and Oscar. In addition, Thalia, Bobbie, Karina, and Ashley spent extra time working on our banner for Mass and I appreciate all of their hard work.

Reminder: Tonight is our Family Mass and Family Dinner. Anyone who attends the Mass, will receive a free dress pass. See you tonight.

Another Reminder: Parent Meeting Tuesday October 14th @ 5:30 pm in Mr. Johnson's classroom. We will be discussing the Sunday Breakfast. If you cannot attend, please contact me prior to that meeting.

Sunday Breakfast

Dear Parents,

This is a reminder that we have a meeting Tuesday, October 14th at 5:30pm. The meeting is in regards to our classroom’s Sunday breakfast after Mass on October 19th. It is very important that you attend the meeting so we can organize our menu and duties. I do need everyone’s support because it is our responsibility to purchase, cook, and serve the food. This is a great way for the school to interact with the parish as well as earn service hours. All of the money we raise at our breakfast will be used to purchase additional supplies and materials for the classroom. If we do really well, the money may possibly go towards numerous field trip. If you cannot attend the meeting, please email me at bjohnson@stmichaelspartans.com .

**If you cannot work the breakfast and want to donate food or supplies, I ask that all your donations are turned into me no later than Thursday, October 16th. **
